I was always in awe of people that could work magic with a camera.

Videos, words, paintings, sketches, all have their place.

But a single slice of time captured in a camera gives you the time and ability to think, learn, remember, wonder, and dream.

I would look at photos like The Stallion (by Kalle Gustafsson; you can see a little of it in my picture) and be captivated, drawn into the world that existed in that time and space, and wonder if I could do that?    

Smart phones took away some of the equipment barriers for me, and everyone else, and that allowed me to experiment.

Over time, the casual interest turned into simple desire; “I’d like to travel with a proper camera and take amazing photos!”  

Eventually I got the camera, and this website is what has come of that dream; a collection of the photos I’ve captured.

But I didn’t expect the real surprise; the experience of meeting people as I went, forming stories with them, or passing through other stories as an interested observer.
